Welcome to Fulham Storage. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our storage services. By renting a storage unit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions

- Customer: Individual or entity renting storage space

2. Rental Agreement
By entering into a rental agreement, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

The rental period begins on the date specified in the agreement and continues until terminated by either party with a notice of 30 days.
2.2. Payment Terms
Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month. Failure to pay may result in late fees and potential termination of the rental agreement.
3. Use of Storage Unit
The storage unit is intended for the storage of personal belongings only. The Customer is prohibited from using the unit to store:
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Illegal items or substances
- Hazardous waste
3.1. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly forbidden:
- Perishable food items
- Live animals
- Automobiles or motorcycles
4. Access to Storage Unit
Customers may access their storage units during operational hours as specified in the rental agreement. Keys and access codes must be kept confidential.
4.1. Security Measures
Fulham Storage employs surveillance cameras and security personnel to monitor the premises. Customers are responsible for securing their individual units.
5. Liability
Fulham Storage is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of stored items unless caused by negligence or intentional misconduct by the service provider. Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance for their stored belongings.
5.1. Insurance
Customers may opt to purchase insurance through Fulham Storage. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, the Customer must remove all items from the storage unit by the specified date.
6.1. Early Termination
Early termination by the Customer may incur additional fees as outlined in the rental agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fulham Storage operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
7.1. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
8. Amendments
Fulham Storage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the storage services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Privacy Policy
Fulham Storage is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the rental process will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Responsibilities of the Customer
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their storage units, including locking doors and securing access codes. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform Fulham Storage of any concerns regarding unit security.
10.1. Maintenance
Customers must keep their storage units clean and free from infestations. Any damage to the unit beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the Customer.
11. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fulham Storage against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Customer's use of the storage facilities, except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct by Fulham Storage.
11.1. Third-Party Claims
Fulham Storage is not liable for actions taken by third parties that may affect the Customer's stored items.
12. Force Majeure
Fulham Storage shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen events.
12.1. Suspension of Services
In the event of a force majeure situation, Fulham Storage reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without liability.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
13.1. Modification of Terms
Invalid or unenforceable terms may be modified by Fulham Storage to the extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Fulham Storage and the Customer regarding the use of storage services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

No waiver of any term or condition will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition.
